He arrived standing in a vintage open car, a dhol ahead and everyone dancing down the drive between the palms.
ivUnder the trees
On a circle of white flowers in the shade, the rituals moved slowly. Family leaned in to adjust a veil, a necklace, a strand of hair.
vThe sea
We finished at the balustrade above the water, in pale afternoon light, with nothing left to arrange.
